Car parking for the IOM Nationals 2024 - on Saturday, Sunday and Monday there is unrestricted parking on Whitecliff Road alongside the lake and in adjoining streets. However, on the Friday there is a 4 hour parking restriction alongside the lake in Whitecliff Road.

Putting BH14 8DX into Google Maps will bring up a street map of the area. On the Friday Whitecliff Road to the east of the railway line is unrestricted parking as is parking in Sherwood Avenue, Whitecliff Crescent and Dalesford Close.

Park Run - there is a Park run around the lake on Saturday morning, starting at 9.30, but should be mainly done by the time we are ready to race. It will impact on the car parking first thing.

A reminder that on-street OVERNIGHT PARKING for camper vans is not tolerated by the local council. There are many campsites available in the area; please book yourself into one of these. Ignoring this brings us into conflict with the council, who are also our landlords for our clubhouse and lake. We would not like visitors to jeopardize this situation.

One of the nearest sites is South Lychett Manor www.southlychettmanor.co.uk but there are several more on the outskirts of Poole.

 

Duplicate sail numbers - we realise that there will be / are some duplication of sail numbers amongst the entries for this Race meeting.
If this affects you we will be in contact when we get to the closing date, to advise you of any changes that may be necessary.
